On Thursday 8th February, Key Stage 2 have enjoyed a selection of activities to support our own wellbeing.
The teachers prepared different tasks for us to explore and learn about. These included: sudoku, colouring, outdoor learning and yoga.
These calming techniques can then be used at home to support mental health. Some teachers also used calming music to help with breathing techniques.
