On Monday, Year 5 had an adventure-filled day at Runway's End activity centre! It was great to experience some similar activities to those that the Year 6 children do on their residential. The children tackled each challenge with resilience and enthusiasm - apparently it's not often they have a class who all complete the abseiling! The children worked brilliantly as teams and it was great to watch them supporting each other so fantastically.
We took some photos of the children facing their fears with smiles on their faces - there's quite a few but we couldn't not share them all with you! Enjoy!
