Inreach - 4th December

A fantastic time was had by all at our Fireworks in-reach last Friday!

The children were able to try out some exciting activities, including making firework music and recording it in the music room with Mrs Keene.

Making bread stick sparklers using lots of delicious 'Hundreds and Thousands'-too yummy not to eat! with Mrs Thomas and Mrs Drawbridge.

 

Firework paintings, stuffing the guy and making his face with Mrs Wilson and Mrs C!

All finished off with delicious snacks, and a big 'happy birthday' to Ben who was 7 last Sunday!

Thank you to everybody who made our in-reach such a wonderful social event. Parents, grandparents, families and staff had the opportunity to meet and chat with each other, and with our dedicated STAVI team, including Carolyn Smith, Donna Irving and Sue Lee, and Jenny Collins from Open-Sight.

We look forward to seeing you all next time!

Fareham Model Railway

After a quick greet and safety talk, we wasted no time and got straight on board! 

We waited at the platform.

Then all the children waited for a ride and climbed on board with an adult.

There were some initial nerves from some children. But that is why we came, to give the children confidence in trying something new.

It worked, with all the children being keen to try out all of the different trains and chat to all the different drivers.

There are two tunnels, both full of screams!
