Tuesday morning’s activities
We’ve had lots of fun this morning. We’ve had a walk on the beach and learned about the legends of smugglers in the area. We’ve also conquered our fears and abseiled down a tower that is over 10 metres high. We were proud of all of the children for giving it a go.

Year 2: Star of the Day!
Star of the Day
Introducing our new reward for Year 2: Star of the Day.
As a team, we will be looking out for children being the best they can be. This means following our golden rules, demonstrating our learning values, great listening skills and of course working hard.
The winner of this accolade will receive:
- a beautiful sticker of their choice
- three team points
- a cushion to sit on the next day.
As you can imagine, the children are really excited about this and we hope you enjoy sharing this with them when they come home wearing a sticker!
Our first winner was Finlay. Well done!
Year 2: Science
Can you protect the toys from the rain?
This afternoon we had a great time building mini dens for our toys.
We tested a range of materials and were surprised with some of the results.
