Year 6 for a day!

Today, we made the journey up to the next classroom to become Year sixes for the morning! It was very strange being in a new room, but we all felt a little bit taller being at the top of the school, and we certainly showed what good role models we will be!

First of all, we worked brilliantly in teams to build bridges to see whose could hold the heaviest weight. Miss Halton was especially impressed at how well we cooperated and communicated with each other.

All our team work paid off - our bridges worked!

Alfie, Harry, and Jack's bridge held an astonishing 4800g, with Charley, Robyn, and Rosie's bridge coming a close second.

Well done Year Five for working so well as a team - I look forward to working with our terrific team again next year!
