Road Safety

With lots of children cycling and walking to school and around the local area, road safety is an important issue in Kings Copse. The Botley fire crew came in to Year Five and Six yesterday to do some workshops with the children, and remind them how important it is to stay safe on the roads.

 

First, the crew discussed who could be held accountable for a traffic accident, and the different hazards which could contribute.

 

 

We also learnt a lot about bike maintainance, which was really useful as so many of us enjoy riding our bikes!
