Castles.

We have been inventing our own fantasy castles. We have been looking at the detailed castle drawings in this book.

There are all sorts of castles- flying castles, underwater castles, musical castles etc. We loved looking at the inventive ideas!

We decided to create our own and write about our magical castle.

  1. What fantastic castles!? Brilliant writing and super pictures. If I had a castle, I think it would probably have to have double glazing (because I wouldn't want a draughty castle). I would definitely add a bowling alley, a swimming pool, a cinema... and a dungeon too. What would you add to your castle to make it special...?

  2. I would really like a pet dragon for my castle. Ooh, and an inflatable slide that goes right from the top down into the (clean and heated) moat. I wouldn't want servants but some of the minions from Despicable Me would be a great addition. Anyone want to come round for tea?

  3. I would love to have a room at the top of a turret all for myself. It would have great views and a large soft arm chair and cosy fire

  4. I would like a soft play centre with a big ball pit. I would eat off paper plates and throw all the used ones into a big roaring fire so I had more time to play.
