Today, we pulled on our wellies, zipped up our coats and headed into the local area. We studied three sites, close to Norman Rodaway, that have all been shortlisted by the design team at Chessington World of Adventures.
We considered how easily the land could be accessed by machinery and tourists. Consideration was also given to the size of the plot - can Thomas Land fit?
Some of us noticed evidence of animals residing in the local area including deer and moles. This will have a huge impact on their lives.
Despite the drizzle, we had a great time surveying the landscape ready to prepare a report for the design team.
