Our bean plants!

We are taking good care of our bean plants in year one and are making

sure they get enough sun and water so they continue to grow!

  3. Wow! Look how much your beans have grown, Year 1. You must have been taking good care of them. Runner beans are one of my favourite vegetables. I wonder if you will be cooking them in school or will you take your plants home?

  4. Well done Year 1, keep looking after your bean plants. I wonder how big they will grow? Watch out for slugs or snails they love fresh tasty shoots, but we want to see and taste the beans.

  6. We need to put the bean plants in bigger pots because they're getting bigger! We have been watering them everyday :) Louie & Rhys ;)

  10. I think I've been looking after my bean plant because it has now got 11 leaves! I have given it water, sunlight and air. I have put it in a bigger pot and put pellets around it to keep the slugs away. Isobel y1
