We are Junior PCSOs

We are currently training how to be Junior PCSOs! We had our first visit from the local PCSOs and we discussed what it means to be a PCSO. Using our discussion, we came up with our own Junior PCSO charter which we will follow.

First, we learnt the phonetic alphabet and used it to spell different things.
Can you use it to spell your name?

After this, we learnt how evidence is used on crime scenes and the role that fingerprints play in particular. We then had our fingerprints taken!

  1. The Junior PCSO project seems to be going well, Y6. What has been your favourite activity so far? I have to say that meeting the Police Dog was pretty good fun...!
