Most of the children enjoyed smelling some spices from China. They liked tasting Chinese biscuits containing black sesame seeds. They will all be bringing home a fortune cookie tonight for you to open and talk about at home.
Lydia liked her fortune cookie and snapping it open. And she is looking forward to her good call, she is now expecting. Lydia also told me she enjoyed eating the Chinese biscuits, but that she did not like the smell of the black one? What ever that was!

Well the black one could be star anise, cloves or dried mushrooms which were all a dark colour.
